EXECUTIVE TEAM

Raketa Ouedraogo-Thomas, President and CEO:  Ms. Ouédraogo -Thomas is a Vista, CA resident and has worked within San Diego County as an educator for nearly a decade and has had teaching experience with elementary, middle school, and high school-aged students both in the U.S. and overseas.  Ms. Ouédraogo-Thomas received her undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, her Master’s in Education at the University of San Diego, and currently works in Orange County as an administrator for an educational corporation.

Tamara Cummings, CFO:  Ms. Cummings is a resident of Murrieta who received her undergraduate degree from the California State University in San Marcos, and her Master’s in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.  Ms. Cummings has worked in the past for the City of Oceanside as well as for NCHS and has come to specialize in business finance over the course of nearly two decades.  Ms. Cummings has also worked in education as a Professor of Economics for St. Jacinto Community College in Temecula.  Ms. Cummings is a member of the MGMA (Medical Group Management Association).

Anita Ouédraogo, Corporate Secretary:  Ms. Ouédraogo is an administrator for the executive department of NCHS and has had a career in office management for various industries both domestic and international for over forty years.  Ms. Ouédraogo is a member of the NACHC (National Association of Community Health Centers), and is a long time resident of San Diego County in CA.

Corinne Brion, Director: Ms. Corinne Brion has worked in the education field for the last 20 years both as a School Director and a French Teacher. Ms. Brion is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies. Her goal and the focus of her research, is to help with the development of quality k-12 education throughout the world. Ms. Brion is hoping to work in French-speaking countries in Western Africa next and is thrilled to contribute to the enhancement of global education. Ms. Brion wishes all children have access to learning.

Brian Thomas, Director:  Mr. Thomas specializes in audio engineering, repair and technology.  He is certified in his specializations and is completing a degree in Business with a concentration in Entertainment and Music Production.  He currently works as an independent digital music producer.  Mr. Thomas is a parent committed to youth success in music.

Pastor Tembila Christine

Tembila Christine is the Founder and Pastor of Crossing Red Sea Ministries.  They are an institution that supports education for all and values "Serving and building together, one-by-one, family-to-village, and village to the nations."

 

Mission Statement:  Crossing from darkness to light, we press forward -Walking a Spirit-filled life with the divine purpose of establishing His Kingdom; finding our identity as a people of power and authority through Jesus Christ; embarking on a journey of liberty by being set free and delivered through the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

 

B.E.R.

B.E.R. stands for Breathe Easy Records.  It is a record production and distribution team located in Southern California.  They are a US/International physical & digital music distributor and service provider for independent artists & labels all over the world.  B.E.R. values access to creativity and to the arts through education.

OTHER ASSOCIATES

Binta C. Mayaki Ouedraogo, VP of Operations in Burkina-Faso: Ms. Binta is a school Counselor at ISO in BF with an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California and an MA from the University of Leiden, Netherland. She has worked in education for over a decade where she first started as an English teacher in Montpellier, France and mentor to HS students in Boston, MA. Ms. Binta’s career is multi-disciplinary with an extensive background in cultural sensitivity and awareness.
