​Our Goals
Currently, AHIE's goals are: (a) To provide educational opportunites in the U.S. and West Africa; (b) To build and maintain relationships and correspondance with small local NGOs in the U.S. and in West Africa that serve deprived communities and assist in their education through language workshops, student libraries, and/or vocational training; and (c) To raise revenue for upcoming pilot projects.

​Latest project

​AHIE has completed an initial round of Career Mentorship and Resume Writing workshops within the North County Community (Fall 2013). These workshops were geared toward young adults soon to enter or who have recently entered the worksplace and were taught success skills, interview tips, career evaluation based on local area profiles and a personal skills & career profile, resume writing, etc.
